Working Principle:

A sewage cooling tower is a specialized cooling tower developed specifically for cooling media with high fouling thermal resistance. It is generally used for fluid media with high viscosity or high turbidity, and is suitable for fluids with a fouling thermal resistance > 0.00034 m²·K/W or working conditions where fouling cannot be removed by chemical methods.

Mechanically Cleanable Shell Structure

The end of the heat exchange tube of the sewage cooling tower adopts a mechanically cleanable shell structure, which allows the shell to be opened without disassembling or with minimal disassembly of the pipeline. This facilitates the timely flushing of residues inside the tube during maintenance and overhaul, enabling the cyclic reuse of the heat exchange tube. It avoids multiple issues caused by special media, such as poor heat exchange efficiency, blockage inside the heat exchange tube, and complicated maintenance and cleaning processes.

Inline Heat Exchange Tubes (Multiple Types/Materials Optional)

The interior of the sewage cooling tower uses inline heat exchange tubes, and each heat exchange tube has a large-angle inclined structure, which is conducive to the natural flow of the medium inside the tube and the emptying of the medium, and has good cleanability. According to the corrosion resistance requirements of the medium, a variety of materials can be selected, such as 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, and Ti-grade heat exchange tubes. The inner surface roughness of the tube is Ra ≤ 3.2μm, with a smooth inner wall and good medium fluidity, avoiding blockage inside the tube due to excessive flow resistance.


Simple Structure and Easy Disassembly

It has a simple structure, is easy to disassemble, and features high structural strength and good pressure-bearing capacity, with an allowable working pressure of ≤ 1.6MPa. It enables independent cleaning of a single heat exchange tube. The heat exchange tubes are inclined at an angle, which prevents the accumulation of dirt or debris and allows for automatic emptying.
