Material Characterisstic

Palyvinyl chlorde is lolymerized of monomer vinyl chloride(VCM). It is used for construction,sewerage pipes and other pipeapplications because of its biological and chemical resistance and workability.t's more effective than traditional materialssuch as copper,ron or wood in pipe and profile applications.

CPVC is made of polyvinyl chloride monomer (PVC)again chlorinated modified polymer material,Pvc resin after chlorination,chlorine content of 56.7% increased to 63-69%, increase the chemical stabilty,so as to improve the material's heatresistance,acid,alkali,sall,axidant corrosion;lts thermal deformation temperature and mechanical properties are muchhigher than those of Upvc, Therefore,CPvc is one of the best eneineering materlals for industrial pipellnes.

Introduction to the Pipeline System

UPVC and CPVC pipellne systems are coroslon-resistant,impact-reslstant,not easy to deformation,smooth inner wall,not easytoscale,good insulation, non-conductive, convenient bonding, long service life and other characteristics. Therefore, UPVC and CPVC pipelne system are the first choice in the current industrial pipeline design because of the advantages of high costperformance and low construction cost,and the UPVC and CPVC pipeline system is convenient and fast maintenance,withoutlongtime shutdown and cause huge losses.

The UPVC piping system allows a maximum service temperature of 60 ºC and a long-term service temperature of 45 ºC. lt is suitablefor conveying temperature below 45 ºC some corrosive medlum;lt can also be used for the transportation of ordinarypressure fluid,generally used for water supply and drainage pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes, environmental engineeringpipes, air conditioning pipes and so on.

CPVC piping system allows maximum service temperature of 110 ºC and long term service temperature of 90 ºC, it is suitable forconveying hot water and corrosive media within the standard pressure range.Generally used in petroleum,chemicaindustry,electronics,electric power,metallurgy,paper making, food and beverage, medicine, electroplating and other industrial fields.
